Delete your data

This page explains how to remove the connection between Facebook and Lysela, and how to delete your whole account with us.

The Facebook connection

When you sign in with Facebook, we keep an ID that Facebook gives your account for Lysela only. We do not keep your name from Facebook. To remove the connection, remove Lysela in Facebook under Settings & privacy, Settings, Apps and websites. Facebook then tells us, and we delete the ID. Your Lysela account stays, and you sign in with your email instead.

The whole account

If you saved a page you have not bought: open the page where you try Lysela, sign in and choose Delete the account below the editor. The account and the saved page are deleted at once.

If you bought a site: sign in and open Your data. There you delete the site, the guests' answers and your account. We keep the receipt for as long as Swedish bookkeeping law requires.

Would you rather we deleted it for you? Email info@lysela.se from the address you sign in with, and we will do it and reply when it is done.
